Florence Pulse Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your subscription to and use of Florence Pulse, a daily email newsletter published by Robert Eilers and serving the Florence, Kentucky community and surrounding Boone County area. By subscribing to Florence Pulse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link found at the bottom of any email.
1. Description of Service
Florence Pulse is a free email newsletter delivered Monday through Friday, covering local news, community events, and topics relevant to Florence, Kentucky and Boone County.
Florence Pulse may also send occasional sponsored email advertisements, no more than once per week.
2. Content Ownership
All original content published in Florence Pulse, including articles, summaries, commentary, and graphics produced by Florence Pulse, is the property of Robert Eilers. Reproduction, redistribution, or republication of Florence Pulse content in any form, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools
Florence Pulse may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in content research, article summarization, and writing. All content is reviewed and curated by Robert Eilers before publication. The use of AI tools does not alter Florence Pulse's commitment to accurate, relevant, community-focused coverage.
4. Accuracy and Disclaimer of Liability
Florence Pulse makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all content published. However, Florence Pulse does not guarantee that any information is complete, accurate, current, or free from error. Readers are encouraged to verify important information independently before relying on it.
Florence Pulse and Robert Eilers are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in newsletter content, or from any action taken in reliance on that content.

7. Subscriber Conduct
Florence Pulse is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Subscribers may not use the newsletter or its content to mislead, defame, harass, or harm others. Florence Pulse reserves the right to remove any subscriber from the mailing list at its sole discretion.
8. Modifications to the Service
Florence Pulse reserves the right to change the format, content, frequency, or pricing of the newsletter at any time and without obligation to subscribers. Florence Pulse also reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the newsletter at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms of Service are updated, the revised version will be posted at florencepulse.com with a new effective date. Subscribers will be notified of material changes by email prior to the update taking effect. Continued subscription following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
